The Focus Group works directly with numerous banks/financial institutions who wish to sell performing, sub-performing and non-performing loans. This may be in the form of singular loans or larger pools of assets.

A substantial number of financial institutions are under pressure to rid themselves of assets to bring their internal ratios into compliance with FDIC regulations, as well as clear their books of “toxic” assets. Momentum of these sales has been slow to develop but holders of these assets are becoming much more willing to do so as they are able, or required, to write down and reclassify these loans.
